INGREDIENTS:
1 pound pork sausage
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
4 oz margarine, softened
5 oz all-purpose flour
2 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

TOOLS:
large mixing bowl
baking sheet
toothpicks

REMEMBER THAT IT’S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS COOK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE OBJECTS THAT COULD BE HARMFUL, LIKE A KNIFE, SO DON’T EVER ATTEMPT TO DO THESE RECIPES ALONE.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Roll the sausage into fifty 1 inch balls. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer balls to a paper towel. Cool and drain.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese, margarine, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Wrap 2 tablespoons of dough around each sausage ball.
  6. Place balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
  7. Spear with toothpicks and serve hot.
