6 inch or smaller square sheet of paper, color side-up (both should be the same size)

SOME PAPER AIRPLANES HAVE POINTY TIPS SO BE REALLY CAREFUL WHEN YOU THROW THEM INDOORS AND OUT. IT’S ALWAYS BETTER TO HAVE A BUDDY SO TRY NOT TO ATTEMPT THESE PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Have both pieces of paper in front of you, color side up.
  2. Fold the bottom to top corners in half.
  3. Flip so the long edge of triangle is on top.
  4. Fold top right layer towards the top edge.
  5. Flip paper over and repeat with left side. Bottom edge goes to top.
  6. Open each paper and decide which is the front and back of plane.
  7. Front: Flip and take bottom corner and fold to top.
  8. Body: Flip and unfold paper completely. Fit paper at crease point (the nose) of the other paper.
  9. Turn paper, so long edge is on top.
  10. Roll top layer to top edge and fold, making the nose. Repeat on the other side.
  11. Turn paper over and fold wings so that they stand in a “Y” shape.
