For a great lunchtime treat watch as Chef Kate Honeyman whips up the perfect dish to eat while watching the game, Roast Beef Sandwiches.
2/3 cup mayonnaise
4 tbsp horseradish
2 tsp fresh rosemary – chopped
2 each baguette – cut into 12” length, split
16 oz roasted beef – thinly sliced
4 tomatoes – sliced
2 bunches arugula

- Whisk mayo, horseradish and rosemary.
- Spread top and bottom of bread with mayo mix.
- Top with beef, tomatoes, and arugula.
- Cut each into 2 pieces and serve.
