REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.
- Measure your wrist by taking a piece of string and wrapping it around your wrist, then measuring the string. This is howlong our serpent needs to be. Draw the letter S on the paper backing of the light green Stick-It felt.
- Turn your S upside down and draw another S on top.
- Continue this pattern until your bracelet is the same size as your wrist measurement.
- Turn your serpent and draw another S coming towards you.
- Complete the outline of your serpent by following the longline of S’s you just drew.
- Make a circle for the head and cut the whole thing out!
- Peel off the paper backing and stick your serpent onto a sheet of pink felt. Draw the letter Y on the tip of your serpent’s head. This will be his slithery tongue! Cut around the green body and Y shaped tongue.
- Create a cool design on his back with glitter glue.
- Don’t forget glittery eyes! Cut Velcro into small enough pieces to fit behind the serpent’s head.
- Stick a piece of Velcro underneath his head and right where his tail curves.
