Secret Slipper Necklace

Your secrets are safe and secure inside your very own homemade necklace! And here are a few supplies you'll need to get started: Glue and Scissors!

1 sheet of pink foam
1 sheet of white foam
pink ribbon
glue
paper
scissors
marker
gem

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

Draw the number eight on a blank piece of paper. The eight should measure about 5.5 inches.
Draw a square on the bottom of the eight.
Connect the 2 circles with lines on either side. Now you have your stencil!
Cut out and trace stencil onto white and pink sheets of foam.
Draw a big smile onto the pink foam and cut it out.
Glue the bottom and side edges of the pink foam to the white foam. Make sure you don’t glue the middle or top edge! Find the middle of your ribbon by folding it in half. Lie the ribbon on the table, put a dab of glue in the middle, and place your slipper on top.
Fold the right side up and glue.
Fold the left side across and glue. Glue a pink gem to the middle. Slip a note in the slipper and you’re ready to go!
