You don't have to travel to the zoo to see a penguin you can make your own! Follow along with Origami master, Michael LaFosse as he guides you through the process fold by fold. It's so fun and easy…you'll look like a pro in no time!

square 4-10" paper, color side up

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE PROJECTS ALONE.

Take a square inch paper anywhere from 4 inches to 10 inches. Place the paper color side facing up, diamond shaped.
Fold bottom corner up to top corner. Make a crease then open it back to original diamond shape.
In order to make a “V” with the paper, fold the white edges on the bottom in toward the center but not completely touching the center.
Fold up the bottom corner about 2 inches to make a “W” with the paper.
Turn the paper upside down so you can see the “M.”
Flip your paper over to the other side and fold bottom corner to the center.
Fold Paper vertically in half and crease.
Pull the beak up and out as far out as you want the beak to be big.
Press and crease the head so that it is flat.
