Check out this fabulous beading project that's fun to make and even more fun to wear. All you need are some beads and cord to get started!

5 feet of elastic cord
white, yellow and green beans
ruler
scissors

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Cut a piece of cord 5 feet long and tie a knot at one end. String on 3 green beads and 8 white beads.
  2. Make a circle with the white beads by threading the end of the cord back into the first white bead.
  3. Pull the beads tight.
  4. String on 1 yellow bead and thread the end of the cord into the fourth white bead of the circle.
  5. Pull the beads tight. Repeat steps 1-5 sixteen times. Tie the ends together & you got it!
