The sports fan in your family will definitely appreciate this awesome gift! Use some duct tape and stuffing to make this super stadium cushion.

30 yards of duct tape
scissors
pillow form
foam sports shapes
craft glue
foam letters & numbers
large sheet of foam in your favorite team’s color

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Make large squares of duct tape. That will form the case for our pillow seat. Start off by laying a 22” piece of duct tape, sticky side up, on your work surface. Cut another 22” piece and lay it sticky side up next to the first piece, overlapping about 1/4”. Cut additional 22” pieces adding them to your project until you have a 22” square.
  2. Next, you want to cover that sheet of duct tape with another layer of tape, so that there are no sticky sides. To do this, cut out some more 22” pieces of tape and place them right on top of the rows of tape, sticky sides together. When you have completed the duct tape sheet, make an identical one for the other side of the pillow. Line up the two pieces and trim all around the edges to make a neat 18” square.
  3. Join the two “sheets” together by taking pieces of tape and folding them around all three sides of the squares. When all three side of the square are sealed, slide in the pillow then seal up the 4th side with another piece of tape. Stapling it closed first will make taping up easier.
  4. Make handles for it by cutting an 18” pieces of duct tape. Fold it in half lengthwise so the sticky side is inside, and tape the ends securely to the top of your stadium seat.
  5. Decorate the seat with sports shapes and team colors! You can put as much or as little decoration as you like!
