REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE PROJECTS ALONE.

Take a square sheet of 2inch–10 inch paper and place it white side up in a diamond shape.
Fold bottom corner to top corner and crease and re-open so there is a crease from top to bottom.
Roll right edge in toward crease and fold it, do the same with the left side so it looks like an ice cream cone.
Bring bottom corner up to colored paper line then open it again so you see the crease.
Flip the paper over.
Take the bottom corner and fold it up to the top crease.
Turn paper around.
Take bottom corner and fold it up to the top edge.
Fold paper in half along the paper split and crease so color side is out.
Grab top of head and hold directly on bottom pull upwards gently to make the neck.
Pull the beak up a little and press flat.
