Nothing beats the heat like an icy cold Popsicle…and Chef Ralph is going to show you a recipe that will definitely keep you cool! So get ready to make some delicious lemon berry ice-pops!

INGREDIENTS:
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade
concentrate
3 cups cold water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen sliced raspberries

TOOLS:
ice cube tray
toothpicks
plastic wrap
large pitcher
blender

REMEMBER THAT IT’S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS COOK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE OBJECTS THAT COULD BE HARMFUL, LIKE A KNIFE, SO DON’T EVER ATTEMPT TO DO THESE RECIPES ALONE.

  1. In a large pitcher, stir together the lemonade concentrate and water.
  2. Place the raspberries into a blender and puree them until they are smooth.
  3. Pour some of the lemonade into the blender to aid the blending.
  4. Stir the raspberry puree into the lemonade.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and cover the tray with plastic wrap, then take your toothpicks and stick one toothpick in each “ice pop.” If you have left over berry-lemonade, just fill up another ice tray with the mixture!
  6. Freeze the popsicles until they are frozen solid - for about 4 hours.
