wire or thin branch
twine

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Tie wire or branch in a circle.
  2. Cut a piece of twine 4 feet long and tie it to the circle.
  3. Wrap the twine around the circle four or five times at various points along the circle.
  4. After a full round, weave the twine into the layer of string you’ve created. Your weaving should begin to resemble a web.
  5. Add beads for flare!
  6. Continue weaving until you have a full web and tie off the end in the center.
  7. Cut off any excess.
  8. Cut 2 pieces of twine, a foot long and the other a little shorter.
  9. Attach pieces to circle and add beads and feathers.
  10. Tie a piece of twine to the top as a hanger.
