safety pins
fabric
scissors
headband
black foam
black tape

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Fold fabric for wings in half, and over again to find the center. Cut along the folded edge to create 2 wings. Measure your sleeve’s length to make sure the wing fits. Cut triangles along the edge of the fabric to create cool looking wings.
  2. Safety pin the triangles to the bottom portion of your sleeves. Pin the other side of your wings to the side of your shirt.
  3. Cut a strip of fabric, about 2 inches thick, long enough to go around your head. Cut 2 eyeholes.
  4. Cut a long rectangle out of black foam, then cut 2 rectangles. Cut out ear shapes. Fold down the bottom of each and make small cuts to attach to headband. Tape them down with black tape.
