black pillowcase
scissors
red felt
safety pins
2 gold pipe cleaners
1 ten inch foil doily
glue

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Make a vest out of red felt, tracing around the template with a black marker. Cut out shape into 2 equal pieces.
  2. Fold aluminum doily in half and cut it so you have 2 equal pieces. Glue them onto vest as trim.
  3. Attach your vest using safety pins.
  4. Make cuts near the mane of a black pillowcase to create the cape. Twist your gold pipe cleaners together and thread through the holes. Tie on your cape and get ready to spook!
