REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Draw and cut 2 sea shell shapes out of grey felt and glue them down on the chest of your white t shirt.
  2. Outline them and draw lines on your shells with gold glitter paint.
  3. Paint on the bands and straps for where your shell-bra would be with gold glitter paint. Set aside to dry for about an hour.
  4. Cut green felt into seaweed strips and glue on front of shirt. Cut enough to fit all the way around your shirt.
  5. Let dry and turn over. Paint on the back straps of your shell-bra.
  6. Add seaweed pieces to the back of your shirt.
  7. Wrap iridescent cellophane around waist to create a skirt. Wear black pants or leggings underneath. Wrap purple boa around waist and tie. Safety pin if necessary. Wrap green boa around your neck like seaweed.
