REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Fold your construction paper in half.
  2. Draw a festive pattern on your paper, drawing a scalloped edge around the paper.
  3. You’re going to cut it out like you would a snowflake, so you want to draw half of a skeleton's face. Draw an outline for where you will be cutting the face out.
  4. Draw a flower next to the side of his face.
  5. Cut your scalloped edge out.
  6. Cut out the marked off pieces of the face.
  7. Cut out the eye. Fold the paper to make it easier to cut the eye out.
  8. Cut out your flower. Fold the paper to make it easier to cut out the flower.
  9. Cut out a small nose.
  10. Open up your paper.
  11. Grab a new sheet of construction paper and draw on a scalloped edge. Draw flowers, again drawing only half the picture, and begin cutting.
  12. Make a few more cutouts and lay them down in a line. Lay a string across all of them and tape it down to create a banner.
