SOMETIMES WE USE MATERIALS THAT REQUIRE ADULT SUPERVISION...LIKE SCISSORS...SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY AROUND WHENEVER YOU DO CARTOONING!

1. Create an oval for his head, loosely with a pencil.
2. Switch to marker to draw a long “V”-shaped nose. Draw 2 large ovals for his eyes, angled down a bit.
3. Cut the ovals in half to show half closed eyelids. And draw pupils peeking out of the sides. Put eyebrows going down and looking evil. Draw lines underneath his eyes.
4. Draw a big smile to make him look sinister and add 2 fangs.
5. Draw large pointy ears with detail inside. Go over his head with a marker. Draw in a widow’s peak. Add some hair above his ears and color it in black.
6. Erase pencil lines.
7. Draw a large “V”-shape coming out to show inside of a suit. Draw a bow. And a medallion around his neck. Make him look fancy with a ruffled shirt.
8. Draw in his lapels in a sideways “M” shape. Draw in his shoulders and arms. Add a wiggly collar behind his head for a cape and double the line.
9. Make a circle next to the side of his head for a moon and draw in bats and clouds. Draw in “HEH HEH” for sinister laughing.
10. Add some color: Use grey for his face, yellow for the medallion and black for his suit. Use red for his cape.
