REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.
- Cut out a stocking shape out of 2 pieces of red felt. You can draw guidelines to help you. Cut both pieces out at the same time. Make sure you cut out a ball for his nose at the end of your stocking.
- Cover the edges of your stocking with glue, leaving the top unglued. Glue the two sides together.
- Cover the tip of Rudolph’s nose with glue and cover it with red glitter. Let dry.
- Glue a tan piece of felt onto the bottom of your stocking for Rudolph’s face. Turn the stocking over and trim along the edge. When you get to the nose, bend the tan felt up and trim around the circle. Round off the top of his head as well.
- Glue on a large googly eye.
- Cut out his ear from a piece of tan felt by rounding off the corners of a square. Fold it in a bit so it looks like a leaf and glue it on. Put a dab of glue on the inside so the ear will curl up.
- Cut out a strip of stiff white felt into antlers. You can use guidelines if you want. Glue it on behind his ear.
- Cut out a half-smile from white felt and glue it on.
- Cut out fake white fur and glue it to the top of your stocking. Trim the fur to where you want it after you are done gluing.
- Decorate the red part of your stocking with snowflake stickers.
- Cut a piece of gold cord – about 3 inches long – and glue it to the top left corner of your stocking. Let it dry for about 20 minutes and it’s ready to stuff!
