Christmas: 3-D Christmas Tree

This holiday season make your decorations from scratch! Watch and work along with host Lisa as she shows you how to create a 3-D Christmas tree.

REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

Cut 2 rectangle shapes out of green construction paper.
Cut 2 Christmas tree shapes out of the rectangles. Be sure to cut them at the same time so that they are uniform or you can draw guidelines or cut your tree out freehand.
Cut from the bottom up, in the center of one of your Christmas trees. Then cut from the top down into the other tree, and connect them to make your tree 3D. Add tape on either side. Your tree should be able to stand upright.
Fold your tree back down, and cover it with stars.
Take some yellow foam and cut out 2 squares. Cut a star out of both squares, cutting them both at the same time. You can freehand the star or draw guidelines to help you.
Cut from the bottom up into the first star and through the top in the second star, just like you did the tree. To attach it to your tree, keep both stars together, and make a tiny cut in one of the uncut sides.
