SOMETIMES WE USE MATERIALS THAT REQUIRE ADULT SUPERVISION...LIKE SCISSORS...SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY AROUND WHENEVER YOU DO CARTOONING!

  1. Draw an envelope, starting with the outline of a rectangle and then the flap and folds.
  2. Turn the drawing sideways so the flap is on the right. On the left side, add some facial features in profile: 2 'U' shapes for eyes and eyebrows going up, a nose and a smile with a full cheek. This will be a man’s face.
  3. On the right, draw a woman’s profile with “U” shaped eyes, eyebrows, and a triangular nose. Draw a smile with a full cheek but this time, add lips on the smile. The two should be kissing. Draw in hair for both people and add curls for the woman’s hair, going outside the envelope. Draw in an earring. You can also add 2 hearts on the top of both their heads.
  4. Color the faces in peach. Use red for the lips and hearts, brown for the man’s hair and yellow for the woman’s hair and earring.
