REMEMBER THAT IT'S IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS WORK UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. SOMETIMES WE USE THINGS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL, LIKE SCISSORS, SO DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE CRAFT PROJECTS ALONE.

  1. Place dabs of glue around the collar of your pink tank top, about a half inch apart, and stick your jewels down on the dabs however you like. Set the top aside to dry for one to two hours.
  2. Time to make the belt of the gown. Take a feather boa and wrap it around your waist to measure how much you need. Cut enough to go all the way around your waist. Then wrap it around your waist and secure it with a safety pin. This will be the belt of your gown.
  3. To make the skirt, measure out enough purple tulle to go from your waist to the floor and back. Do the same with the pink tulle. Line up the pink and purple end to end and then fold them in half together and find the middle. Bring the middle up under your feather boa belt and make a loop. Thread the free ends of the tulle through the loop to create a loose knot that secures it to the feather boa. Repeat this step all the way around the boa until you have a full skirt of tulle.
  4. Measure out some shorter pieces of iridescent ribbon and thread them between the tulle on the skirt. Fluff the feathers of the boa out around the tulle and ribbon and you’re finished with the skirt. Put on the dried tank top to see how it looks with the skirt.
  5. Take the rest of the feather boa and wrap it around your shoulders like a shawl. Secure the ends with a flower and a safety pin and you’re ready for the ball!
