A printed ID or business card

SOMETIMES WE USE MATERIALS THAT REQUIRE ADULT SUPERVISION…LIKE SCISSORS SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY AROUND WHENEVER YOU DO MAGIC TRICKS!

1. First you need to show the card as blank on both sides with a little slight of hand. Hold the card flat in your hand with the printed side down on your palm.
2. Hold your hand out to show the blank side of the card to your audience.
3. Now you’re going to flip your hand over while secretly flipping the card over at the same time. To do that, curl your fingers in over top of the blank side of the card while bringing your thumb underneath it.
4. With your thumb, push the card into your fingers as you rotate your hand. This may take some practice but when done right and quickly enough, your audience will think you’re showing both sides of the card as blank when you’re actually just showing the same blank side twice.
5. Now to make the printing “appear.” Place the card (again, blank side up) on the palm of your hand toward the fingers, keeping it parallel to the table underneath.
6. Curl your hand around, holding the card up with your fingers underneath, and push the card out through your thumb and taking it with your other hand.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 one more time, making sure the blank side of the card stays facing up.
8. Place the card on your palm, this time in the center.
9. Curl your hand around as you did before with your fingers catching the card. This time, instead of your fingers keeping the blank side up, your palm will have flipped it so the printed side now faces up.
10. Push the card back out through your hand with your thumb to reveal the printed side facing up. Your audience will believe you magically printed the card with your hand!
