Lauren Boggi

A native of Vineland, New Jersey, Lauren grew up the consummate performer- dancer, cheerleader, gymnast, model and actor. She cheered her way through grade school and high school as captain of her squad, won numerous All-Star Cheerleading awards through UCA and even traveled to England to cheer for the queen in England’s New Years Day Parade.
While cheering for the Gamecocks at the University of South Carolina, she experienced a fateful rotator cuff injury that shaped her future. Upon the advice of a respected coach, Boggi decided against surgery and opted to try rehabilitation through Pilates. Although she was hooked on Pilates, she began to miss her “cheerleader physique” and developed her own “method”. Lithe Method is a corrective and transformative fitness technique that combines the best of Pilates core work, Cheerleader-esque weight training, ballet, and orthopedic stretching and cellular exercise.
Now that the Lithe Method has taken center stage, Boggi is already onto creating the next big thing in fitness, while simultaneously developing a DVD series, a signature aromatherapy line and customized sportswear collection. Also, Boggi is training Philadelphia’s Vesper Crew Team in preparation for the 08' Olympics and welcomes a new addition to her brand with Lithe Method Cheer, a fitness program for Cheerleaders (from pee-wee to professional).
